About Us
Meet Luis Franco, CEO & Founder of Francos Protective Network LLC.
Retired law enforcement professional with over 10 years of experience in surveillance, security operations, and executive protection.
Francos Protective Network LLC is a law enforcement-operated protective staffing network, built to deliver disciplined, reliable, and professional coverage across every assignment.
We deploy highly trained armed and unarmed personnel — many of whom are active or retired law enforcement — ensuring strong presence, accountability, and operational control at all times.
This is a hands-on operation. I remain actively involved, conduct routine site visits, and ensure every location meets the standard I stand behind.
We work in partnership with reputable, licensed security firms, supporting their staffing and operational needs while maintaining consistent, high-level coverage.
All personnel are vetted, interviewed, and held to strict standards. No exceptions.
This is not just security.
This is professional, reliable, on-demand protection.
